Rich Sandell motions to approve the minutes. Scott Timonen seconds. Motion

passes

Approval of Agenda:

Alida Johnson will be added to officerís report.

Rich Sandell motions to approve the agenda. Desirae seconds. Motion passes

Officer Reports:

Coomunications officer, Desirae Cole resigns.

Old Business

1). Holiday Party: Meeting for organization is on 12-25-02 at noon.

We donít have enough donations to do the needy family event. All Christmas

events need to go through the student life. Nothing has gotten the okay from

Larry Anderson. Previous motion fails

Instead of doing that event, we will be doing a different event. Every club

will pick an age group and buy gifts for them. Jennifer Ziells and Desirae

Cole will buy gifts for the Senate.

Rich Sandell motions for a 2 minute break. Desirae Cole seconds. Motion

passes.

Meeting called back to order at 4pm.

2). GC meeting: December 6, 2002 Two members of the First Nation Student

Congress will attend also. Shirley Tillman and Alida Johnson will be

attending from the Senate.

3). Christmas tree: Shirley Tillman purchased it with Student Life funds.

New Business:

1). An email was sent to Shirley Tillman from Eric Lindell, a member of the

platform committee from LSCC. Each campus gets 5 votes for the conferences.

The question is, should larger colleges have more votes?

2). Etiquette dinner: A possible idea for an etiquette dinner for the

students. Should we co-help with it?

3). Alida Johnson motions to have signs that will be hanged up, we need an

okay from Larry Anderson and either ShirleyTillman, Alida Johnson, or Anna

Fellegy.

Scott Timonmen seconds it.
