Current students and employees with a valid Fond du Lac
Tribal and Community College identification card may
check out library materials. A library barcode is
located on the back of the identification card. Prior to
use, the card must be activated by library staff.
Please bring the card to the campus library during
regular library hours or send
an e-mail to email@example.com. Be sure to include your name,
identification number (from the front of the card), and
barcode number from the back of the card when requesting
activation by email.
Community members may also use our library and check out
materials. Library staff will issue a courtesy library
card to community members. Please stop by the library
service desk to make this request.
Your library card is valid as long as you are a
registered Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College
student or actively employed Fond du Lac Tribal and
Community College employee. Even after leaving Fond du
Lac Tribal and Community College, your card may be
validated as a community patron. Please stop by the
library service desk to make this change.
View Your Library Account / Renew Library Items Online
here and then click on the link “My Account” near the top of the page on the
Login using the 14-digit barcode on the back of
your Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College
identification card and your password, which is your
full last name unless you've changed your password.
Prior to use, the barcode must be activated by
library staff. Please see above information.
To display the items you have checked out and
their due dates, click on “Loans.”
Renew one item: Click on the number in front of
the title to be renewed, then click on the renew
link. If there are no conflicts (e.g., a hold on the
item), the system will change the due date and
return to the loans list.
Renew all items at once: From the loans list click
on “Renew all.” If there are conflicts (e.g., a hold
on an item) they will be listed in a new window as
“items which were not renewed.” Otherwise the system
will indicate that the renew all was successful. You
might have some items renewed and others that are
not, so you should double-check their due dates by
repeating step #3.
Be sure to exit (uppermost right-hand corner) when
you are done viewing your account.

The Librarian Is In
An online service for information and research help is
available to all Minnesota residents and students 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. AskMN is a cooperative
service of Minnesota libraries.
The Library has available three study rooms that seat
two to four students. The rooms are reserved for small
groups of students who need to study together, or who
want an environment that is less distracting.
The study rooms can be checked out for one hour at a
time. Reservations for the rooms can be made up to two
weeks in advance. To check out the room or make
reservations, please stop by the Library Service Desk
and remember to bring your Fond du Lac Tribal and
Community College student identification card.
